Spring AGM

For several years, with the agreement of both parties, the Westman Softball Association and Softball Brandon Inc. have been effectively operating as one entity. The main purpose iof the Spring AGM is to fomalize this change. To acheive this objective the Boards are presenting the following motions:

1. Westman Softball Association - Motion to dissolve the Westman Softball Associations and transfer all assets and accounts to Softball Brandon Inc.

2. Softball Brandon Inc. - motion to add the following to the corporate activity - the organize, develop and operate softball leagues and programs. 

3. Softball Brandon Inc. - motion to amend the By-Laws.  A link is here:
